Chocolate Crackles


Chocolate Crackles is one of the most popular children's confection in my hometown, New Zealand. It is one of my favourite treats when I was young. It takes just a few minutes to make with three simple ingredients.



Chocolate Crackles
(makes 12)

Ingredients:
100g milk chocolate
30g coconut shreds
80g Coco Pops

Method:
  1. Melt the milk chocolate.
  2. Add coconut shreds and Coco Pops. Mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture into muffin cups. Refrigerate until set.
Variations: cornflakes, marshmallows, raisins...
