Chunky Choc Chip & Hazelnut Cookies
(makes 25 cookies)
125g butter (softened)
100g brown sugar
1 egg
225g cake flour
150g hazelnuts
150g dark chocolate (coarsely chopped)

Method:
- Beat the butter and sugar together until well combined.
- Add the egg and beat until well combined.
- Sift the flour into the mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Add the chocolate and hazelnuts. Stir well.
- Roll a tablespoonful of cookie dough into balls. Flatten them with a fork.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 20 minutes or until light golden brown colour.
Transfer onto a wire rack and let cool!
