Earl Grey Panna Cotta

I got some tea from a friend who went to Singapore for holiday. I totally forgot about it until now... so I decided to make panna cotta with it. I love this recipe very very much! I am leaving Hong Kong to go back home. I am very excited to make this for my brother and sister in law. :)

Earl Grey Panna Cotta
(makes 7 small milk bottles)
10g gelatin
200g milk (cold)
4 Earl Grey teabags
300g water
70g sugar
200g whipping cream

  1. Sprinkle the gelatin into the cold milk.
  2. Boil the water. Add the teabags. Simmer for 1 minute then switch off the heat.
  3. Add the sugar and mix until combined. Add the whipping cream and milk, stir until combined.
  4. Pour them into the containers. Let cool completely then chill them until they set.
A dessert for summer, something cold and light to eat! :D

Here is the video!!
