I got some tea from a friend who went to Singapore for holiday. I totally forgot about it until now... so I decided to make panna cotta with it. I love this recipe very very much! I am leaving Hong Kong to go back home. I am very excited to make this for my brother and sister in law. :)
Earl Grey Panna Cotta
(makes 7 small milk bottles)
10g gelatin
200g milk (cold)
4 Earl Grey teabags
300g water
70g sugar
200g whipping cream
200g milk (cold)
4 Earl Grey teabags
300g water
70g sugar
200g whipping cream
Method:
- Sprinkle the gelatin into the cold milk.
- Boil the water. Add the teabags. Simmer for 1 minute then switch off the heat.
- Add the sugar and mix until combined. Add the whipping cream and milk, stir until combined.
- Pour them into the containers. Let cool completely then chill them until they set.
A dessert for summer, something cold and light to eat! :D
