No Bake Oreo Cheesecake
(makes 8" cheesecake)
Ingredients - Base:
20 oreos
70g butter (melted)
Ingredients - Filling:
14 oreos
8g gelatin crystals
4 Tbsp water
450g cream cheese (softened)
50g sugar
250g whipping cream
Optional: I used the leftover oreos for the decoration on top of the cheesecake.
Method - Base:
Preparation: Line the base of a 8" cake pan.

- Using a ziploc bag and a rolling pin, crush the oreos.
- Mix the crushed oreos and melted butter together until it reaches the wet sand consistency.
- With the back of a spoon, press the mixture evenly over the base of the prepared cake tin and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Method - Filling:
- Using the same ziploc bag and rolling pin, crush the oreos.
- Sprinkle the gelatine into the water and set aside.
- Beat together the cream cheese, sugar and whipping cream until smooth and creamy.
- Put the gelatine mixture over some hot water and stir until dissolved. Stir into the cheesecake filling.
- Fold in the crushed oreos.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared tin and drop the cheesecake a few times so there are no air bubbles trapped inside.
- Decorate the cheesecake with the remaining oreos. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
This cheesecake is very oreo-y and it's not too sweet because I have reduced the amount of sugar and oreos. You're welcome to add more oreos or sugar.

I like to try making this cheesecake but not sure about the measurements in gram for the gelatin crystals. Can u please in future convert to tsp or tbsp. or cup where it apply. I'm sure many of your followers have the same doubt as I have. I will really appreciate it. Thank u.
