Oreo Cheesecake Brownie

It's been a while since I last made a video!! Sorry!! I have been really busy with work and organising my wedding!! I went back to Auckland for a holiday in July and had pre-wedding photos! So here's a few photos to show you!!



I have also been busy with moving my things to my new house so I haven't had time to bake at all. I made this Oreo Cheesecake Brownie video because there weren't many ingredients in my pantry. I need to go shopping soon for more ingredients. Hope I can be on track again for my videos. Thanks for being patient with me!!


Oreo Cheesecake Brownie
(makes an 8x8 inch brownie)

Ingredients - Brownie:
1 packet of Oreos (135g)
50g cocoa powder
45g cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
100g chocolate
100g butter (softened)
100g sugar
2 eggs

Ingredients - Cheesecake Topping:
250g cream cheese (softened)
50g sugar
1 egg

Method - Brownie:
  1. Cut the Oreos into small pieces.
  2. Mix the cake flour, baking powder and cocoa powder together. Sift the mixture and set aside.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar together until it is light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time and combine well.
  5. Melt the chocolate and add it into the batter. Mix well.
  6. Add the flour mixture into the batter and fold. It should have a mousse-like texture.
Method - Cheesecake Topping:
  1. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the egg and beat until just combined.
  3. Pour the brownie batter and smooth it out. Pour the cheesecake batter on top and smooth it out. Press the chopped Oreos on top.
  4. Bake in a pre - heated oven at 150C for 35 - 40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out with wet crumbs.
