Chocolate Chip Cookies

It's been a while since I last posted something on YouTube and here. I just finished reading 'Big Magic' by Elizabeth Gilbert and it really inspired me. What I got out from this book is that I need to stop worrying and just keep making videos. At the end of the day, I started filming not because of subscribers but for myself so I won't forget my recipes in the future. So I don't care if you're bored watching my video or ignoring my recipe, I will just keep filming! Anyway, it also seems like I have forgotten how to use my computer for filming lol... so I thought it's better if I film something easy so I won't screw up during my filming and editing.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
(makes 25 cookies)
120g butter (softened)
100g sugar
1 egg
220g cake flour
80g chocolate chips

  1. Beat the butter and sugar together until well combined.
  2. Add the egg and beat until well combined.
  3. Sift the flour into the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add the chocolate chips. Stir well.
  5. Roll a tablespoonful of cookie dough into balls. Flatten them with a fork.
  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 15 minutes or until light golden brown colour.
Transfer onto a wire rack and let cool! Then EAT!

Simply delicious!!!!!

Here is the video!!
